Warcraft III cheat codes and how to use them

Warcraft III has built-in single-player cheats entered through Enter. Blizzard documents them for campaign missions and single-player custom maps. A successful phrase displays a cheat-enabled message, making it easier to distinguish a typing problem from a gameplay issue.

Version notes and help

Food capacity is not a unit cost

Pointbreak addresses the food limit. It does not mean every unit suddenly costs no gold or lumber. Use the resource bar and food display to identify the actual obstacle instead of entering unrelated phrases.

Map reveal before instant victory

Iseedeadpeople can help locate a surviving building or unexplored objective while leaving the mission playable. The victory phrase ends the scenario, so keep it for a separate save if you want to finish the campaign normally.

Expansion-specific extras

TenthLevelTaurenChieftain is the special-song command for The Frozen Throne. Its absence in Reign of Chaos is an edition difference, not evidence that the whole cheat system is broken. This page does not describe cheats for the unrelated online World of Warcraft.

Common questions

Do these work in Battle.net matches?

No. Blizzard limits the documented codes to single-player missions and custom maps.

What if I do not see the confirmation?

Check the spelling and submit the phrase from the in-game Enter prompt.
