Quake II Cheat Codes: Original PC
For original Quake II on PC, open the console and enter god, noclip or give all during single-player. Its give command also accepts readable item names, unlike the short resource syntax of Quake.

Version notes and help
A targeted grant can be enough
If ammunition or a missing weapon is your only obstacle, grant that item rather than every key and powerup. The original game’s console resolves named items, so an item request can be more precise than enabling a permanent combat toggle.
Units contain linked maps
Quake II revisits connected areas within a unit. A door that appears blocked may require an objective on another map. Noclip can hide that dependency rather than complete it, so preserve the save from before the shortcut.
Common questions
Are these Quake commands?
These are Quake II commands. In particular, give all and give health should not be confused with original Quake’s impulse and resource-letter examples.
Does god make every hazard harmless?
No. Keep clear of the void and preserve a save; invulnerability is not a guarantee against every map-ending condition.
