How to play WDL
WDL reduces the word-guessing format to three letters on a compact screen. Move around its onscreen keyboard, build a guess, and use the feedback to narrow the next attempt. Input is through the game’s directional controls.
Controls
WASD or arrows move the selection on the onscreen keyboard. E or Space selects a letter; Q cancels or deletes. Guess the three-letter word.
A tip for your first round
Use guesses that test different letters. Keep confirmed positions while changing letters that the feedback rules out.

This version of WDL plays in a modern browser. Follow the controls above and use a keyboard or the on-screen buttons where available. No account or payment is required. Any supported scores or progress are kept on this device, rather than synced to an account.
