How to play Cave Explorer

Cave Explorer combines a 16-screen overworld with rooms built around movement and crate puzzles. Search the connected landscape and work out how each object can help you reach another area. Its tiny monochrome screen hides a longer adventure.

Controls

WASD or arrow keys move. E or Space picks up or drops crates. Q resets a platforming room.

A tip for your first round

Study a room before moving its crates. Reset a room when a box becomes trapped, then try another order.
