The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind cheat codes and PC commands
Morrowind’s console uses its own targeting notation. In particular, player-> identifies the player as the target. Do not paste Skyrim’s player.additem wording into this older game and assume the parser is identical.

Use cheats only in a single-player game or an authorized private session. Keep an untouched save before changing a game state. This is an independent text guide. The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind is not available to play on Gamehub.
Setup and activation
- Create a manual save separate from your continuing campaign.
- Press the PC console key, usually ~ or the physical key left of 1.
- Type one command and submit with Enter.
- Close the console, inspect the result and reload your untouched save if needed.

Version notes and help
Morrowind identifiers differ
Gold is identified by gold_001 in this example, not Skyrim’s numeric FormID. Item identifiers containing spaces need quotes, and counts are separate arguments. The important distinction is the command format, so begin with a small gold grant before trying unfamiliar item names.
Movement is not quest repair
A collision toggle can help you step out of geometry, but bypassing a locked route may also bypass the encounter that triggers later progress. Restore collision on stable ground. A free camera is better for a screenshot because it does not need to relocate the character into an unvisited quest area.
Common questions
Do I need to download a trainer?
No. This page describes the game’s own facilities. It does not require an external executable, a paid cheat subscription or changes to an online account.
How should I test these changes?
Keep a separate unmodified save, make one change at a time and check the result before continuing. Reversing a toggle does not necessarily reverse everything that happened while it was active.
