Hexen: Beyond Heretic Cheat Codes: Original full PC version
The full PC version of Hexen uses SATAN for god mode, NRA for equipment and mana, and CASPER for wall crossing. The shareware demo has a separate vocabulary, so retail and demo cheat lists must not be mixed.

Use cheats only in a single-player game or an authorized private session. Keep an untouched save before changing a game state. This is an independent text guide. Hexen: Beyond Heretic is not available to play on Gamehub.

Version notes and help
Hubs are more than locked doors
Hexen’s linked maps use switches, puzzle objects and scripts. Granting a key or crossing a wall does not necessarily update the scripts behind an objective. Keep your unmodified save so a skipped event does not trap the campaign later.
Heretic codes can backfire
Do not use QUICKEN or RAMBO simply because they were helpful in Heretic. Hexen deliberately assigns punitive behavior to those familiar words. The full game and demo also differ, so a correct code for one can fail in the other.
Common questions
Does SATAN protect against everything?
No. It is not protection against every environmental or teleport death. Use it for combat assistance and keep a save.
Why does the demo ignore NRA?
The demo uses different developer-name codes. This table specifically covers the full original PC release.
