GTA Vice City cheat codes and PC commands
Vice City’s original PC cheats are words typed directly while playing. ASPIRINE handles health; PRECIOUSPROTECTION handles armour. They are separate effects, so a player who only wants to survive the next firefight can avoid changing the entire game.

Choose the correct release
These inputs belong to the original Windows release. The Definitive Edition is a distinct version; console and mobile versions are outside this table. There is no need to search for a console toggle in the original game because the keyboard listener operates during gameplay.
Avoid permanent chaos settings
This short selection deliberately avoids pedestrian hostility, riot and visual-world changes. Such effects can make the story harder to follow or alter later sessions if saved. Restore the clean save after experimenting rather than assuming all changes disappear when the current wanted level drops.

Do I need to download a trainer?
No. This page describes the game’s own facilities. It does not require an external executable, a paid cheat subscription or changes to an online account.
How should I test these changes?
Keep a separate unmodified save, make one change at a time and check the result before continuing. Reversing a toggle does not necessarily reverse everything that happened while it was active.
