GTA IV cheat codes and PC commands
GTA IV moves cheat entry to Niko’s in-game phone. Dial the number rather than typing a Vice City-style word. After a successful call, that entry becomes accessible in the phone’s Cheats menu.

Version notes and help
Base game versus Episodes
The Lost and Damned and The Ballad of Gay Tony have additional numbers and protagonist-specific equipment. This small table focuses on the base-game phone system. A number supplied for an Episode should not be assumed to produce its special vehicle or equipment in Niko’s campaign.
Achievements and safe testing
Some numbers block particular achievements rather than every achievement indiscriminately. Keep a pre-cheat save and reload it before achievement attempts. Vehicle spawning and repair should be tested in open ground; a vehicle that is part of a scripted objective can behave differently from an ordinary free-roam car.
Common questions
Do I need to download a trainer?
No. This page describes the game’s own facilities. It does not require an external executable, a paid cheat subscription or changes to an online account.
How should I test these changes?
Keep a separate unmodified save, make one change at a time and check the result before continuing. Reversing a toggle does not necessarily reverse everything that happened while it was active.
