Fallout: New Vegas cheat codes and PC commands
Fallout: New Vegas includes a PC developer console. The short examples here focus on personal resources and movement, not quest completion. Commands for Fallout games look similar, but item and quest identifiers should never be transferred blindly between titles.

Use cheats only in a single-player game or an authorized private session. Keep an untouched save before changing a game state. This is an independent text guide. Fallout: New Vegas is not available to play on Gamehub.

- Create a manual save separate from your continuing campaign.
- Press the PC console key, usually ~ or the physical key left of 1.

Version notes and help
Game-specific limits
Mojave faction relationships and branching quests are separate systems. God mode does not repair reputation or restore an earlier quest decision. Avoid commands that force whole quests to complete if the real issue is merely low health or being stuck behind scenery.
Targeting and clean saves
Before a player toggle, clear any selected world object so the command applies in the intended context. Keep the manual save you made before opening the console. Toggling an effect off does not restore ammunition spent, actors displaced or quest decisions made during experimentation.
Common questions
Do I need to download a trainer?
No. This page describes the game’s own facilities. It does not require an external executable, a paid cheat subscription or changes to an online account.
How should I test these changes?
Keep a separate unmodified save, make one change at a time and check the result before continuing. Reversing a toggle does not necessarily reverse everything that happened while it was active.
